EZSMS.co.za reserves the right to impose certain rules and regulations regarding
the use of the services that it provides. Furthermore EZSMS.co.za reserves the right
to alter these rules and regulations without any prior notice to its clients. By
applying for any service provided by EZSMS.co.za the client accepts these rules
and regulations and agrees to abide by them. The client also acknowledges that any
violation of these rules may result in the immediate termination or suspension of
the specific client account or any other action that might be taken by EZSMS.co.za
that it deems appropriate.
Agreement
This document is an agreement between the client and EZSMS.co.za regarding the provision
of SMS services to the client. By reading this document the client agrees to abide
by the rules and regulations stipulated within this agreement.
Interpretation
This document shall be governed by and construed and interpreted in accordance to
the law of the Republic of South Africa. Any conduct that violates the law of the
Republic of South Africa, regulation, or accepted norms of the community, whether
or not explicitly mentioned in this document, is forbidden and EZSMS.co.za reserves
the right at all times to disallow any such activities or any other activities that
may cause damage to its commercial reputation.
Services description
This website is the official website for EZSMS.co.za. Information relevant to the
company and its services are provided by this website. The site also provides an
online application service for more information on the above mentioned services.
Usage
Any individual that makes use of the EZSMS.co.za website for any reason whatsoever
is subject to the terms and condition as set out in this document. The information
supplied under the company name of the registration form is considered to be the
legal entity that contracts with EZSMS.co.za.
Clients warrant that recipients of SMS messages has requested SMS messages from
the client and/or has some prior commercial relationship with the client and would
expect to receive communications from the client.
Clients may no use the EZSMS.co.za service to send abusive, obscene, threatening,
harrasing or unlawful messages.
Clients indemnify EZSMS.co.za against any and all damages, liabilities, fines and
risks that may follow upon transgression of these terms and conditions.
Security
The client is solely responsible for protection of the client�s password(s) and
for any authorized or unauthorized use of the client�s password(s).
Costs and Payments
All pricing provided on this website includes VAT. When a user places an order,
the user will receive an electronically generated invoice via e-mail. Only upon
reception of proof of payment by EZSMS.co.za will the order be fulfilled.
One EZSMS.co.za credit entitles you to one SMS message sent to any local cellular
client, provided that the cellular network do not introduce any extra charges.
Disclaimer
EZSMS.co.za is under no duty to look at each client�s activities to determine if
a violation of this document have occurred, nor does EZSMS.co.za assume any responsibility
to monitor or police client activities. EZSMS.co.za disclaims any responsibility
for any such inappropriate use and any liability to any person or party for any
other person's or party's violation of this policy. All clients of EZSMS.co.za must
adhere to the above policies. Failure to follow any term or condition will be grounds
for immediate termination of services.
