1. Send messages to individuals or groups.
   EZSMS allows you to send SMS messages to any individual or to a group of recipients. You just select your recipient as an individual to send to that individual or select a group to send the message to all the recipients within that group. You can even send messages to multiple groups if required.
2. Receive replies.
   ezsms.co.za even provides you with an inbox. When recipients reply to a message that you've sent them, their replies will be available in your inbox. This allows you to receive immediate feedback from your clients.
3. Prepaid SMS bundles.
   Since you purchase prepaid SMS bundles there can be no hidden costs and you stay in full control of your budget. No unforseen invoices.
4. No contracts.
   The service is prepaid and you are not bound by any contract. You need only abide by the terms & conditions for this service.
5. No setup fees.
   There are absolutely no setup fees involved when you register for a new ezsms.co.za account.
6. All the networks.
   The service can send SMS messages to clients using the Vodacom, MTN or Cell C cellular network. One service that integrates with all the South African cellular networks.
7. SMS scheduling.
   The SMS scheduling feature allows you to schedule when you want messages to be sent. This means you can select the recipients and provide the message today, but schedule the message to be sent at the end of the month and the service will take care of the rest. When you do send a scheduled message the credits will be deducted immediately from your account when you submit it. Please note that a scheduled message can't be cancelled.
8. Contact import / export.
   Already have all your contact in Excell or as a text file.  ezsms.co.za allows you to import and export contacts in a CSV(Comma Seperated Value) format. Since Excell can create and read CSV files it realy can't get easier.
9. Reports.
   A graphical report can be generated for the last 3 months that indicates the total amount of messages sent per user within an enterprise.
10. Message history.
    A complete message history of all the messages you've sent for the past 3 months is available. You can search for a message within the history or export it.
11. Enterprise structure.
    The ezsms.co.za service is based on an enterprise structure which means that a new account is considered to be an enterprise with multiple users under that enterprise. This allows you to create more users under your account with access to sending SMS messages.
12. Low credit notification.
    You don't need to keep tabs on your available credits since the service will automatically e-mail you as soon as your credit amount falls below 100.
13. Credit upload notification.
    So you've paid for your credits and sent the proof of payment, what now? As soon as your credits are uploaded or available, the service will notify you by e-mail.
14. Partial sending.
    If it should happen that you have insufficient credits available to send to a group of recipients you will be able to send to the number of recipients that you do have credits available for.
15. Monthly Quota per user.
    Enterprise administrators can limit their users by assigning a monthly quota for each user. Quota credits can also be accumulative, adding remaining credits to the following month.
